| Certified Labor Doula I am a Certified Labor Doula through the Childbirth and Postpartum Professionals Association (CAPPA). I have been a doula for 6 years and I thoroughly enjoy helping families on their journey into parenthood. I take from my experience as a mother of 3 to help my clients learn to trust their intuition and follow their body's cues to guide them as they birth their babies. |

I also have an Advanced Bodywork Studies Certificate in Prenatal, Labor and Postpartum Massage through the Boulder College of Massage Therapy consisting of 150 training hours, including extended training for massage during high risk pregnancies.
