My Complete Doula Package
|
Birth Philosophy Birth is a continuation of events in a woman's life. It is ordinary, and yet a miraculous and extraordinary event. It deserves respect, compassion and trust to progress as it needs to.
But as with everything in life, there are variables that cannot be predicted and medical help is sometimes needed. I am there to help my clients understand all their options and support them through the situations that may arise.
|
Massage During Labor is available at a package rate and is less expensive than my complete doula package.
Services are designed to provide physical support to the laboring woman without the extended support/expense of doula services. Please contact me for more information

I prefer to meet with you 2-3 times before
the birth to give us a chance to get to know
each other, discuss any fears or concerns
you or your partner may have about the
upcoming labor and birth, as well as go over
relaxation techniques, different laboring
positions, and answer any questions.
I am always available by phone or email to answer any questions between meetings, and
starting when we sign the agreement, I am "on call" for your upcoming labor.
I usually stay 1-2 hours after the birth to help the new family get settled and started with
breastfeeding. I also do several follow-up appointments after the birth to go over mom's
experience, see how the family is adjusting to the new baby, address concerns or questions
with breastfeeding, and to admire the little one.
