Massage During Labor Package
What's the best way to get a great massage during labor? Bring a massage therapist, of course! I
provide massage, aromatherapy, suggestions for positioning and reassurance, while your partner is
free to offer their support and be fully present for you and the birth without having to worry about
"getting it right." Designed to provide physical comfort and support during labor without the added
expense of a doula.

I believe that massage is even more important after the baby comes. The body takes 9 months to
change and grow a baby, but undergoes dramatic changes when the baby is born, as well as going
through a very physically demanding labor and birth.
Postpartum massage is first designed to help the body recover after the birth and then addresses
the physical changes the body must make in order to find new balance. It also supports the
emotional fluctuations that occur due to changes in hormones and irregular sleep cycles.
I recommend getting a massage in at least a day or two after the birth, but at the very least in the
first week, and continuing at least twice a month for 6 months.
Package price allows for one in home or in hospital session
